How do I calculate the amount of vacation pay on the prostobank.com calculator?

Vacation - this is the popular definition of a salary that is paid for vacation time. Therefore, before going on vacation, employees are interested in the amount of vacation pay. According to the law wages during vacation are paid no later than 3 days before it starts.

Calculation formula:

Vacation pay = Average daily salary * number of vacation days

Average daily salary = Amount of annual salary (total payments for the last 12 months) / number of working days in a year

Number of working days in a year - this is the number of calendar days of the billing period minus the number of holidays and non-working days. Current data on weekends and holidays read here.
